SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a ship date confirmation and tracking information. All delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping services are provided by independent third party carriers selected by the customer at checkout. Once an order is handed over to the selected carrier, all delivery handling, routing, eligibility, and transit timing are fully managed by the carrier.

Standard domestic delivery typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days from the ship date.

All domestic orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 3pm PT Monday through Friday will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO or FPO addresses.

After delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout, UNNAMED cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages.

EXPEDITED SHIPPING

Expedited shipping options refer to carrier transit time only and do not include order processing time. Delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Expedited shipping does not automatically include weekend or Saturday delivery unless explicitly stated at checkout. Certain delivery addresses, including commercial or business locations such as hotels, may not be eligible for weekend delivery.

Once an order has shipped, UNNAMED does not control carrier delivery timelines, routing, delivery eligibility, or delivery upgrades. Any changes including expediting, upgrading to Saturday delivery, rerouting, holding, or arranging pickup must be requested directly through the carrier.

Shipping fees are non refundable once an order has shipped.

Shipping services are provided by third party carriers, and UNNAMED does not control international carrier delays, customs processing times, or clearance requirements.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES

Buyers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that may apply once a shipment reaches its destination. UNNAMED is unable to estimate, prepay, or control these charges.


RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

All product sales are final. Returns or exchanges are only accepted if an error or fault has occurred on our end.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all original packaging intact.

All requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery. Once approved, items must be shipped with tracking within 5 business days.


All swimsuits are final sale for sanitary reasons.

All Archive Sale items and items marked Sale are final sale.
