SHIPPING, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
DOMESTIC SHIPPING
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days pending availability and credit verification. Delivery addresses cannot be changed or edited after an order is placed.
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with ship date confirmation and tracking information for your order. We estimate you will receive your order within 3 – 7 business days of its ship date.
After delivery to the shipping address indicated on your order, UNNAMED IDENTITIES cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All domestic orders are shipped, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please note we cannot ship packages to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Orders placed after 3pm PT, Monday-Friday, will typically be processed the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays will be processed on the next available business day.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with confirmation of your order’s ship date. We estimate you will receive your order within 7 – 12 business days of its ship date however, shipping times do vary.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS AND DUTY FEES
As we are unable to advise the exact amount of custom and duty fees, buyers are responsible for all customer and duty fees that may occur to the order once it has reached the destination.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
ALL PRODUCT SALES ARE FINAL. We currently only accept exchanges if an error or fault has occurred on your order. Please refer to our size guide for more information on how to ensure you have selected the proper sized item.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in the original packaging which must be in its original condition.
Items must be unworn and unused with the original packaging still intact.

All requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. Upon receiving approval for an exchange or return of any item, the item must be shipped with tracking within 5 business days.
All swimsuits are final sale, no exchanges due to sanitary reasons.
